Shannon Norman – Omaha, NE

Shannon is a licensed Insurance Agent and Agency Owner, with Farm Bureau Financial; her husband, Ryan, is a PGA Golf Professional and Golf-Tec Instructor.  Shannon is a graduate of Dana College in 2007, and also a graduate of Creighton University’s Heider College of Business in 2015. Her degrees include Bachelor of Arts in Social Work, Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, and a Minor in Sociology.

Shannon entered Mrs. Nebraska to share her personal mission of B<3FEARLESS.  The platform empowers and educates women to take action and protect their hearts through healthy lifestyle choices.  She has spread her mission though speaking engagements to local high schools, middle schools, and Girl Scouts.  She partners with the American Heart Association to create awareness through: National Wear RED Day, Red Dress Dash, American Heart Ball and National Walking Day to help fight against heart disease.

Shannon and Ryan love to horseback ride with her parents and play golf any chance they get.  She loves to bake; she says Ryan will never turn down her cinnamon crumble streusel.
